Jade Garden Cafe to open in former Cathy's Diner space at 206 E. Kellogg

WICHITA — A new restaurant is opening in the former Cathy's Diner space at 206 E. Kellogg.

Kwai Tam is opening Jade Garden Cafe, which will serve American and Chinese cuisine.

Tam isn't sure when he'll open – likely within the next month – because he's remodeling and still waiting on new equipment to arrive.
