WICHITA — A new national boutique is coming to Bradley Fair, a Laham Development property.
Francesca’s Collections, which sells women’s clothing, jewelry and gifts, is opening in 2,100 square feet at the east-side lifestyle center.
Christi Royse of J.P. Weigand & Sons handled the deal for Bradley Fair.
Clary Groen, director of real estate for Francesca’s, says the Houston-based company has been interested in Wichita for a while.

“The quality of stores and restaurants in Bradley Fair is impressive,” Groen says. “This tenant mix is exactly what we look for in a location, and we feel that we will complement the existing stores.”
Francesca’s is taking the space where Genevieve G Shoes is now.
Owner Genevieve Gordon is moving her business into Brick’s, her father Russ Gordon’s store at Bradley Fair.
“The decision to relocate our shoe store was based on enhancing customer service and convenience,” Genevieve Gordon says. “Our customers will now be able to choose apparel and shoes in one location.”
Genevieve G will relocate this week.
Francesca’s will open in August. That’s also when the new Il Vicino restaurant will open in 3,500 square feet at the former Harold’s space. There will be seating for 100, including patio dining for 30.
