No elementary schools from the Wichita School District made Niche’s 2023 top 10 public elementary schools in metro area.

Instead, Andover, Goddard, Maize, Circle and Renwick school districts are all represented in the national website’s top picks.

The school rating website Niche ranks schools based on academics, teachers, the overall school district, culture and diversity and through surveys taken by parents and students.

To search for schools in your area, you can include what type of school you’re looking for (college, elementary, high school, etc.), the location and you can filter by private or public school.

Here are the top 10 public elementary schools in the Wichita-metro area, according to Niche.

1. Wheatland Elementary School
