Wichita South High principal named Kansas Principal of the Year

Cara Ledy, principal at South High School in Wichita, was named Kansas High School Principal of the Year by the Kansas Association of Secondary School Principals.

The annual award recognizes middle school and high school principals for exemplary leadership in the organization and to the profession.

Ledy, who has led South High for eight years, will be formally honored during the organization’s fall conference in November.
