The crime

Between 5 and 6 p.m. on Feb. 18, someone stole a 2015 Caterpillar Skid Steer Track Loader from the area of Pawnee and Richmond. Its model is 299DXPS2CA, with the serial number 0GTCO2008. There is a PPJ Construction logo on the side. It is valued at approximately $75,000.
