The crime

On Tuesday, Oct. 28, the Wichita Fire Department responded to a call at Hupp True Value Hardware, 728 E. Harry. A pallet of hay outside the store's main entrance had been set on fire. It was recorded on video. Damage to the building was estimated at about $7,000. The arson suspect is a younger man with a thin build and average height. He was wearing jeans and a long-sleeve shirt and wore his cap backwards.
