Police seek tips in theft of bicycle worth $5,000
The crime
Some time between about 10:30 p.m. Sept. 26 and 10 a.m. Sept. 27, a red Surrey four-seater bicycle with a red and white canopy was stolen from First Street and Washington in front of Mort’s Cigar Bar. It’s valued at $5,000.
