Man charged with homicide after leaving Wichita
The Wichita police department is looking for a man charged in an August 2012 homicide.
The victim, Pheng Xiong, was found dead in a home in the 800 block of South Erie with a cut to his throat, Crime Stoppers of Wichita-Sedgwick County said.
Prosecutors charged Rathanak Chea with first-degree murder, but he has left Wichita.
