The crime
Sometime in the early morning on Thursday, Aug. 28, a man broke into a car at the Maple Village Community, 17000 W. Maple. He took a purse containing miscellaneous items, including bank cards and an iPad. The burglar was later captured on video using the debit card at Casey’s General Store, 11931 W. Central.
He is white, 6 feet tall with a medium build and short dark hair. He was wearing white tennis shoes, black shorts, a black Chicago Bulls jersey and was possibly driving a dark color Honda.
