Crime of the Week: Restaurant burglar took ‘significant amount’ of money

Wichita police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person who broke into a Wichita restaurant on Oct. 18.

Once inside Wings & Things, in the 2800 block of East Central, the burglar forced their way into a locked office and stole a cash box containing a “significant amount of money,” according to Crime Stoppers of Wichita-Sedgwick County.

The burglar put the money in a pink backpack and left.
