The crime

Sedgwick County sheriff’s detectives are asking for the community’s help to solve a fatal hit-and-run last fall. At about 2:30 a.m. on Sept. 14, deputies were sent to an accident near 103rd Street South and Ridge Road. Jeremy Napier, 43, had been struck and killed, and then the driver of the vehicle fled.
