Wichita police release photos of suspect in Wednesday robbery
The Wichita Police Department has posted photos on its Facebook page of a suspect in a robbery that occurred early Wednesday morning.
The Petro America convenience store, 2800 W. Central, was robbed at about 6 a.m., Wichita police Sgt. Nikki Woodrow said Wednesday.
A 23-year-old male employee was working inside the store when a man entered, armed with a handgun, police said. The robber pointed the gun at the employee and demanded money. The clerk gave money to the robber, who then left the store on foot.
