Pizza delivery woman robbed of cash, food
These robbers must have been hungry.
Two armed men held up a woman delivering a Pizza Hut order at about 9 p.m. Wednesday in the 3100 block of South Yale, Lt. James Espinoza said. That’s in the Planeview neighborhood of south Wichita.
Along with cash and the woman’s cellphone, the suspects took a large stuffed barbecue burger pizza. And a 16-piece order of wings. And an 8-piece order of wings. And a 2-liter bottle of Sierra Mist.
The 20-year-old delivery woman was not injured, Espinoza said.
She told police the first suspect is an unknown man in his mid-20s, about 6 feet tall with a thin build. He wore a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a green bandanna over his face.
The second suspect is in his early 20s, she told police. He was 6 feet to 6-feet-2 and had a thin build. He wore a black hooded sweatshirt and white shoes. He had a dark bandanna over his face.
