Man robbed as he arrives home, taken to ATM to withdraw cash

Shortly before dusk on Saturday, a 34-year-old man arrived home and was driving into his garage in southeast Wichita when he was approached by two men wearing hooded sweatshirts and bandanas, according to Wichita police.

The incident happened in the 10000 block of East Skinner.

The two men produced guns and forced the man to get back into his vehicle and drive to an ATM machine not far from his residence, according to Sgt. Roger Runft, spokesman for the Wichita Police Department.

The man was then forced to withdraw cash and drove the suspects back to his residence where they fled on foot.

The man was not injured.
