Winfield man gets six-year sentence for distributing, having child porn

A 61-year-old Winfield man on Monday received a six-year prison sentence for child pornography convictions, U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said.

Paul Bruce Jordan Jr. pleaded guilty to two counts of distributing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography, Grissom’s office said in a statement. Prosecutors said Jordan used an Internet file-sharing network to download child pornography and keep it on a computer at his home.

The investigation involved the Wichita Police Department and the Kansas Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
