Hockey mask-wearing man robs convenience story, police say

A gunman robbed customers and the cash register at a convenience store in Wichita on Friday night, police said.

A man wearing a hockey mask came into the store at about 10:40 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Hydraulic, Wichita police Sgt. John Hoofer said.

He pulled out a handgun, took money from two customers, and emptied the store cash register, Hoofer said.

No one has been arrested. No one was hurt.
