Man arrested in connection with Family Dollar robbery
A 60-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the robbery of the Family Dollar store Friday afternoon.
According to Wichita police, a man walked into the Family Dollar store at 1632 S. Broadway about 4:20 p.m., took out a knife and demanded money from the clerk.
He left with some cash. There were no injuries.
Police examined surveillance video and were able to arrest a man they believe is the robber in the area.
