House in south Wichita hit with more than 20 bullets Sunday morning (+video)

A home in south Wichita was shot more than 20 times early Sunday morning, but the bullets did not cause any injuries, according to Wichita police Lt. James Espinoza.

A boy at the residence had some friends over earlier at the house in the 4600 block of South Oak, the homeowner told police. That’s near Seneca and 47th Street South.

A dark pickup truck was seen speeding off at around 3:30 a.m. when the shots were reported, police said.
