Man pulls gun on neighbor over discarded cigarette butts, police say

A 69-year-old man pulled a gun on his neighbor Friday morning and threatened him over cigarette butts that had been left in his yard, according to police.

His 25-year-old neighbor in the 400 block of North Martinson called police, and the angry neighbor was booked into jail on suspicion of aggravated assault for threatening someone with a gun.
