Police: Two armed men rob man in home near 25th and Broadway
A man was robbed by intruders in his house Monday night, police said.
A woman who is an acquaintance of the 34-year-old man knocked on his door in the 2500 block of North Fairview shortly after 10:30 p.m. Monday and asked if she could use his bathroom, Capt. Doug Nolte said. That’s near 25th and Broadway.
When the resident opened the door to let the woman in, two armed men pushed their way inside with her, Nolte said. One brandished a revolver with a white handle, the other a large kitchen knife with a wooden handle.
They took cash and cellphones from the man and left, Nolte said.
Officers are looking for the acquaintance, but no arrests have been made in the case.
