Police identify Wichita man fatally shot in north Wichita, seek tips from public

Police on Tuesday identified the man who died after being shot in north Wichita on Sunday.

Marcus D. McNealey, 41, of Wichita died at a hospital after he was shot in the 2000 block of East 21st Street, according to a news release from the Wichita Police Department.

McNealey had been shot multiple times and was found on the ground in a parking lot around 12:45 a.m. Sunday, police said.

Police continue to investigate the homicide and said members of the public may have information that could be critical to solving the case.
