Kansas pharmacy technician charged after theft of Adderall and Ritalin
A 39-year-old Russell woman has been charged after being accused of using her position as a pharmacy technician to steal drugs from her employer.
The indictment, filed Wednesday, alleges Janice Mae Brown stole Adderall and Ritalin. She has been charged in federal court with one count of acquiring a controlled substance by deception.
The charge carries up to a four-year prison sentence and no more than a $250,000 fine.
