Police officers were sent to the 1600 block of South Sixth Street in Arkansas City at around 1:18 a.m. Sunday for a reported kidnapping involving a gray SUV. Officers found the vehicle in the 400 block of South Eighth Street. Two men and the victim were inside, police said.
The men, a 35-year-old and a 24-year-old, were arrested and booked into the Cowley County Jail. One is facing an aggravated kidnapping charge and is being held on $500,000 bond, according to the release and jail records.
