Two men stabbed in altercation outside Derby club; woman arrested
A 21-year-old woman was arrested after two men were stabbed in an altercation in the parking lot of a gentlemen’s club in Derby Wednesday, officials said.
Derby police officers responded at 2:18 a.m. to a cutting call in the parking lot of a QuikTrip at 1430 N. Nelson Drive in Derby. They found two men, both 29, inside a vehicle with injuries from a knife, a Derby police news release said.
Both men were taken to a hospital. One was treated and released; the other remains in the hospital in stable condition.
The men had been involved in an altercation in the parking lot of Michelle’s Beach House in the 200 block of W. Greenway, according to Derby police.
A 21-year-old Newton woman was arrested. The knife thought to be used in incident was recovered from a vehicle.
