Local and federal authorities are looking for a man after a west Wichita bank was robbed Thursday.

Wichita police responded at 9:15 a.m. to a robbery call at the Southwest National Bank in the 400 block of South Tracy, which is directly east of Towne West Square mall, Wichita police Capt. Aaron Moses said.

Wichita detectives are assisting the FBI in the robbery as they look for the suspect.

A man entered the bank wearing a ski mask and said that he had a gun, but never showed it. No one was injured during the robbery, Moses said.

The man left in a vehicle without a license plate. It is unknown how much money was stolen.

Anyone with information on the robbery is encouraged to call detectives at 316-268-4407 or Crimestoppers at 316-267-2111.

Police say the man fled in this silver Honda Odyssey minivan that did not have a license plate.
