Wichita man, 39, charged with exposing himself to 9-year-old

A 39-year-old Wichita man has been charged with lewd and lascivious behavior for allegedly exposing his genitals to a 9-year-old.

James L. Muldrow is being held in Sedgwick County jail in lieu of $50,000 bond on the felony count. He was in a bathroom at a residence when he exposed himself to the child on Oct. 6, according to a Wichita police report.

Court documents accuse Muldrow of intending to arouse himself or the child.

Muldrow is due back in Sedgwick County District Court for a preliminary hearing Oct. 23. He was visibly upset and hid his face in his hands when a judge read aloud from his charging document during his first appearance last week.
