Wichita Police Chief Gordon Ramsay is resigning from the department on March 1, leaving the job open for someone new. The city of Wichita is already working to find his replacement.

But we want to hear from you about what you think the city needs in its next police chief. What sort of candidate should we seek? How much experience should they have? What issues should they prioritize?
