Jogger along Arkansas River reports man on bike exposed himself

Police are looking for a man on a bicycle who exposed his genitals to a jogger in downtown Wichita early Sunday afternoon.

A 19-year-old woman was jogging next to the Arkansas River near Seneca and McLean Boulevard shortly after 1 p.m. when a man on a bicycle began following her and then exposed himself, Lt. Joe Schroeder said. The woman ran to a house and called 911.

The suspect had left the area by the time officers arrived. The woman told police he was a white male in his 30s who is about 5-feet-5. He had shaggy, medium-length blonde hair. He wore a blue shirt and was riding a black bicycle.
