Man, 22, killed in early morning shooting in Wichita, police say
A 22-year-old man died after being shot Saturday morning in northeast Wichita.
At 4:15 a.m., police responded to a shooting at a home in the 1300 block of north Volutsia near 12th. The man was taken to an area hospital where he died from his injuries, Officer Charley Davidson said in a news release.
“This was not a random incident, and investigators are working to determine all the circumstances of what occurred,” Davidson said.
