Ismael Montelongo, 20, and Noah Holden, 19, are wanted in connection to a shooting that happened at around 10:40 p.m. in the 5600 block of 10th Street, police said. Richard Fletcher Jr., 23, was found with a gunshot wound to his stomach. He was taken to the University of Kansas Health Systems Great Bend Campus and then flown to a Wichita hospital with critical injuries, police said in a news release Wednesday.
