The alleged crimes included taking money on Jan. 11, taking doughnuts, cigarettes and cash on Jan. 20 and taking money on Jan. 23.

York identified himself as homeless in court documents. His bond was set at $250,000.

Wichita police previously said that officers found BB guns that looked like handguns when York was arrested, but it was unknown at the time whether the BB guns were used in the robberies. The robberies happened at All Out Detox, 3033 S. Seneca; Jumpstart, 1131 E. 47th St. South; and Domino’s, 4737 S. Broadway.
