Police investigate shots fired near Kellogg and Topeka
Wichita police are investigating a report of shots fired early Sunday near downtown Wichita.
A police officer reported hearing four gunshots fired near Topeka and Kellogg and seeing a light-colored sedan getting on an eastbound ramp of Kellogg, according to Sgt. John Ryan. The incident happened at 2:20 a.m. Sunday.
The vehicle was not located, Ryan said, but there was damage reported to a residence and vehicle in the 700 block of South Topeka.
