Leavenworth judge blames children in Kansas sex abuse case

A Leavenworth County judge said two young girls, victims of a sex crime, were partly to blame for what happened when a 67-year-old man paid the children, ages 13 and 14, for sex. The Kansas judge reduced the prison sentence for the man convicted.
