Woman attacked by three women while leaving west-side bar

A 40-year-old woman told police she was leaving Jerry’s Bar and Grill at 1:50 a.m. Sunday when she was attacked by three women.

The incident happened at 630 N. Robin, near Central and Tyler.

The woman told police she was confronted by the three women who began insulting and punching her. One of the women grabbed her purse. Items taken included $44 in cash, jewelry and medications, according to Sgt. Ed Brower,spokesman for the Wichita Police Department.

The woman did not report any injuries in the incident.
