Wichita-area roofer fined over registration violation

A Wichita-area roofer has been fined $2,500 for failing to register with the Kansas Attorney General’s Office.

A consent judgment filed in Sedgwick County District Court on July 6 says E3 Solutions acted as a roofing contractor and performed roofing services in Kansas while it wasn’t properly registered to do so. The company is based at 2959 S. Hillside Ave., Ste. 300 in Derby, according to court records.

In addition to the fine, E3 Solutions has agreed to follow the state’s roofing registration requirements, the consent judgment says.
