Wichita police officers were able to identify a suspect in a shooting call outside of Club Industry early Friday by using the Old Town camera system.

Officers were sent to the 100 block of North Mosley at around 12:30 a.m. regarding a fight between two groups of men inside Club Industry, Officer Charley Davidson said.

One of the groups got into a gray Cadillac and a gunshot was fired from the car into the air, Davidson said.

Through speaking with witnesses and using the Old Town cameras, officers were able to identify the suspect after stopping the car at Eldora and Mead, Davidson said.

A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of unlawful discharge of a firearm. No injuries were reported.
