Three teens arrested in aggravated robbery of iPhone
Two 16-year-old males and one 15-year-old male have been arrested and booked into jail on suspicion of an aggravated robbery of an iPhone.
At about 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7, officers were dispatched to a call of a highway robbery in the 1600 block of East 17th Street.
An 18-year-old man had planned to sell his iPhone to two men, officer Charley Davidson said.
When the men arrived, one pointed a handgun at the 18-year-old. They took the phone, and both the seller and suspects fled the scene.
The suspects have been booked into jail on suspicion of aggravated robbery, according to police.
No injuries were reported.
