Sheriff’s office jokes ‘No, you can’t have any of it’ about seized alcohol

The Allen County Sheriff’s Office has a sense of humor.

Posting a photo of alcohol seized during a traffic stop earlier this week, the law enforcement agency declared, “No, you can’t have any of it.”

“The very drunk driver from Olathe went to jail,” the sheriff’s office posted on its Facebook page about the Monday night stop. A “very drunk” passenger was cited for having an open container of alcohol.

The Budweiser, Busch Light, Fireball and vodka went to an evidence locker “in case they try and fight the charges,” the Facebook post concluded.
