Salina man arrested, suspected of raping teenager
A 27-year-old Salina man has been arrested after the alleged rape of a 15-year-old girl, according to the Salina Police Department.
Kyle Neal Morris was taken into custody Monday at the Saline County Jail, according to Sgt. Jim Feldman. Police were alerted on Thursday, Feldman said, of possible inappropriate text messages being sent from Morris to the girl.
Morris was arrested on suspicion of rape, aggravated indecent liberties, battery, criminal sodomy and electronic solicitation, Feldman said. The crimes occurred in Salina beginning in April, police said.
