Man arrested after exposing himself at Target store, police say

A homeless man was arrested Sunday afternoon after exposing his genitals to a customer at a Target store, according to Salina police.

Capt. Paul Forrester said Raymond D.B. Kaumans, 24, was arrested after police received a report that he was in possession of a knife and was acting bizarrely at the Target, which is located at 2939 Market Place in Salina.

After receiving the call at about 12:30 p.m. and arriving at the Target, Forrester said, officers were told that Kaumans had exposed his penis to a customer in the store’s shoe department.

Kaumans was allegedly opening and closing the knife while his penis was exposed. It was still exposed, Forrester said, when police confronted Kaumans, who was arrested on suspicion of public nudity.
