File photo

A fight at an Old Town bar led to shots being fired early Monday, according to Wichita police.

Sgt. Nikki Woodrow said a large fight at Industry Old Town, 126 N. Mosley, led to shots being fired at a fleeing SUV at around 1:30 a.m. Monday.

Woodrow said two men – a 23-year-old and a 24-year-old – left the area in a Chevrolet Suburban, which was struck multiple times by gunfire. The shooter, Woodrow said, is believed to be a 28-year-old man known to the two men who were in the SUV.

No injuries were reported as a result of the shooting. Police, Woodrow said, are investigating the fight at the bar and the shooting. Anyone with information about either incident is asked to contact the Wichita Police Department or Crime Stoppers at 316-267-2111.
