Man critically injured after falling off of moving car

A 28-year-old man was taken to Via Christi Hospital St. Francis in critical condition early Saturday morning after falling off the rear of a moving car.

The incident happened in a parking lot at 600 South Tyler Road. The victim jumped on the car, fell and hit his head, said Wichita Police Sgt. John Hoofer.

Police are treating it as an accident.
