Sheriff to discuss deputy arrest Wednesday afternoon
Sedgwick County Sheriff Jeff Easter will discuss the arrest of one of his deputies later this afternoon.
His office is asking news media to meet at the jail at 4:30 p.m. for more information. The sheriff’s office announced the arrest by e-mail at 3:25 p.m. Wednesday.
Details on the arrest were not immediately provided.
