The fire was reported at 1:45 a.m. Thursday at Mobile Manor in the 2200 block of West MacArthur, a Sedgwick County emergency dispatcher said. That’s at Meridian and MacArthur.

The woman, who is about 50, was taken to Via Christi Hospital St. Francis, the dispatcher said. She suffered minor smoke inhalation and minor burns, said Kelly Zane, an investigator for the Wichita Fire Department.

She was in fair condition in the burn unit of St. Francis, according to a hospital spokeswoman.
