One injured in accident near I-235 and K-254

First responders are working a single-vehicle accident on I-235 northbound near K-254 Tuesday morning.

Sedgwick County dispatch said the person was in serious condition. Kansas Highway Patrol said it received a call about the accident around 5:30 a.m., but the dispatcher said she did not know who made the call.

Law enforcement was still on scene around 6:20 a.m. and the cause of the accident was not yet determined.
