13 things to do in the Wichita area this weekend (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)
We’ll be keeping an eye on the weather this weekend — a chance of rain and snow and, if we’re lucky, temperatures mainly above freezing. Potential sloppiness aside, here are some things to do in the Wichita area this weekend, especially on Saturday — including sitting in on spring-gardening classes. Take that, winter!
The Super Bowl is Sunday, with kickoff at 5:30 p.m., so a lot of people will be gathered around the television by evening. A classics concert by the string trio Time for Three, presented by the Wichita Symphony, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday to accommodate those who want to watch the game.
