Charity seeks donations to get Riverfest buttons for people in need

Wichita Festivals is seeking donations for Riverfest buttons to give to people who otherwise couldn’t attend.

The donations go toward its Celebrations for a Cause program, an effort to ensure Riverfest is an inclusive community event.

Businesses and individuals can purchase $5 admission buttons to be donated to local nonprofits and distributed to people in need.

Donations can be made online at wichitariverfest.com, at wichitafestivals.com or by phone at 316-267-2817.
