Police rescue possible jumper at Ruffin Building
Parts of Broadway were blocked off Tuesday night as Wichita police were dealing with a possible jumper at the Ruffin Building, according to a Sedgwick County 911 dispatcher.
An ambulance and several police vehicles were standing by on Broadway, which was blocked off from Douglas to First Street. The incident began at about 8:30 p.m. By 10:15 p.m., police had rescued the man from the building at 100 N. Broadway.
