Missing Maize woman found safe

A missing Maize woman, Kathryn Lynn Partida, has been found, the Maize Police Department said in an e-mail Sunday.

Partida’s family told police they were in contact with her and that she’s safe. The police department didn’t have further information.

On Saturday, Maize police asked for the public’s help to locate Partida through a Facebook post from the department.

The post said she had been reported to be in Oklahoma but had not been in contact with family since 2015, which the family said was “highly unusual.”
