A 4-foot hand-carved WuShock statue is being auctioned to help Derby quadruple amputee Julie Dombo with medical expenses.

Ken Lockwood, executive director of the Eagle Valley Raptor Center in Cheney, has been selling the carved wooden WuShock statues for various charitable projects and donated one on Dombo’s behalf.

The carving is signed by WSU men’s basketball coach Gregg Marshall.

To participate in the auction, e-mail bids of more than $500 to Juliewellwishes@gmail.com. The winning bid will be awarded on Friday.

After e-mailing your bid, you will be kept updated on the status of the auction as it progresses.

General donations for Dombo’s medical expenses are still being accepted at www.gofundme.com/juliedombo.

Dombo lost her hands and feet after being shot in a Derby robbery in August and is in rehabilitation.
